It’s almost MIC Day Camp time! For most Memphis kids going to Bible camp is not an option, so we bring Bible camp to them! Every year MIC hosts a free Day Camp for inner city children. This year’s theme will be IRONMAN. We will be teaching the children about what it means to be a Christian and wearing the armor of God in daily life. As with all of our outreaches, we depend on your support to make it a success.

Here’s how you can help:

1. Pray for the camp kids and for our team.
2. Financial offerings: more provision = more kids
3. Send a missions group

Back 2 School Bash

Every child deserves the right to have the best start back to school. At MIC, we would like to help as many children as we can by providing them with the necessary school supplies to get their school year started right. Of course we can't do it without you, our supporters. If you would like to help a child in Memphis by providing their necessary school supplies, please consider donating to our Back to School Bash. Items needed include:
Scissors
Pencils
Pens
Spiral notebooks
Loose leaf paper
Crayons
Colored pencils
Boxes of tissues
Dry Erase markers
Glue sticks
Rulers
We need 100 of each item. Thank you for your help!

 

Toy Giveaway 2010 - you don't want to miss it!!!

‘Tis the season…the season for soul winning! Every year MIC hosts a parade of holiday outreaches, the biggest being our Christmas Celebration. This year we will bring a record breaking number of the city’s lower income families through multiple services, put on an elaborate production and hand out wrapped Christmas presents to every child. Pulling off such an event requires an army of volunteers doing everything from directing traffic to wrangling sheep. Over one weekend of non-stop action and excitement, your missions group will have a hand in THOUSANDS of souls being won for the Kingdom. Hearts will be forever changed, yours included.
